Shipping policy

Delivery:

We use independent third-party couriers to deliver orders across Mainland UK. Our couriers aim to deliver all orders within 2 weeks.

Two-Man Delivery Service

Deliveries are carried out by a two-man team.

• Delivery will take place between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
• Unfortunately, we cannot provide a specific time slot.
• The driver will contact you prior to arrival.

Delivery Terms

• For flats, standard delivery is to the ground floor main entrance only.
• A signature is required upon delivery.

Additional Charges

If you require delivery above or below the ground floor, the drivers may charge an additional fee of £20.00.

This is a discretionary fee agreed between you (the customer) and the couriers, and it does not relate to Couchy.

Liability

Please note that Couchy is not liable for any damage to property or furniture while items are being delivered into your property.
